Our client is a small practice in Victoria that focus on bespoke prime residential and hospitality projects in the UK and abroad, and also expanding into the creative media sectors. They are dedicated to crafting imaginative, bespoke and practical solutions with the built environment, working closely with private clients to deliver engaging and innovative designs driven to achieve functionality, sustainability and added value. With extensive experience navigating sensitive sites in the UK and abroad, discretion and client trust is a cornerstone of their reputation.

Required and desired skills and experience include:
 
•    Minimum of 5 years in practice experience; minimum of 3 years in UK
•    Post Part III experience working on prime residential historic and/or new-build projects.
•  Very strong architectural detailing and technical ability as well as project running experience through RIBA Work Stages 1-6
•  Confidence and experience of working with local planning authorities with an excellent understanding of UK building and planning regulations.
•    Desire to work as part of a team but also operate individually and pro-actively.
•    Ability to coordinate, manage and liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and the internal design team.
•    On-site experience in taking a project through the construction stage, including identifying solutions to on-site issues, and ensuring overall design-intent.
•    Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
•    Proficiency in Vectorworks, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
•    Good knowledge of NBS specification writing.
•    Excellent digital/physical sketching skills.
