Our client is a large practice based in east London composed of Architects and Masterplanners that specialise in placemaking. They are currently seeking Architects ranging from freshly qualified to a maximum of 5 years post Part 3, ideally with good experience across all stages. While this company focuses on earlier stages, they will shortly be increasing their later-stage needs. Candidates will be able to produce detailed planning, layouts, strong elevation designs, and understand how a building is put together.
Depending on which team you’re on, you will either primarily be working on lower and medium density projects ranging from suburban neighbourhoods, semi-detached houses, up to 10 story apartment buildings, or, working on town regeneration projects. This would include new urban quarters in London. For this, you need to be a strong in layouts, designing, regulations, and ideally use Revit (AutoCAD also fine).
This is an office-based role although a work from home day is offered when needed. Flexible start/finish times are also given around the 10-4pm core hours.
