Our client is a small studio based in Farringdon that primarily works on high-end residential and hospitality projects. They use Microstation so proficiency in this would be ideal, however, if you are willing to learn on your time, you will be considered. This practice offers a good work/life balance and a friendly environment and is working from home full-time for the time being. They are currently looking for an ARB registered Architect with a few years post Part 3.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- strong experience in high-end residential or hotels
- good sketching skills - traditional hand sketching as well as SketchUp would be useful
- specification writing
