Residential Architects

Our client is a dynamic and creative practice with a growing portfolio of new build houses to medium and large scale residential developments. They are looking for Architects to work on an exciting variety of projects from feasibility through to completion.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• aptitude for design within a tight urban context
• ability to communicate ideas through sketches, 3D visualisations and presentation drawings.
• working knowledge of planning policy, building regulations and an understanding of construction detailing
• be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Sketchup, Revit and V-Ray will also be an advantage.
