Senior Architect (with Revit)

This small relative start-up has just won a large mixed-use project in West London requiring a Senior Architect to run the project through to completion. The role will have very little support so the successful candidate needs to be self-reliant and hands-on. The project will involve some historical conservation as well as substantial refurbishment. Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• ideally around 5 - 10+ years post part 3
• strong Revit
• available at short notice
• experience on listed buildings
• ideally some retail and residential experience

The role will initially be a 12-month contract but may become permanent.
