Our client is a specialist healthcare design studio working on projects across the UK and around the world. Due to the expansion of the business, they are now seeking a Senior Healthcare Architect and offering a fantastic package.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Ability to prepare and develop conceptual design proposals under the direction of the project leader
- Experience in client, stakeholder, and design & construction team presentations, workshops, review meetings, and commercial meetings (including potentially those overseas)
- Under the direction of the project leader prepare and develop technical, tender and construction level information to meet the project/client brief in compliance with all statutory regulations, including planning, building regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements
- Good organisation, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good visualisation and conceptual design skills
- Ability to find the best solutions for complex technical problems and for complex challenges presented by the particular project context or brief
- A proven ability in the use of Autodesk Revit in the documentation of complex building construction and component assemblies
- Experience of preparing information in relation to complex healthcare buildings and systems
- Familiarity with HBNs and HTMs for a range of healthcare facilities
