Our client specialises in the design and delivery of contemporary high-end residential projects in both the UK and internationally where a lot of their new work is coming from. Due to this expansion of international work, they are looking to recruit for a senior role which could be either a Senior Associate or Associate Director.
Role Responsibilities/Skills
- Take the lead on exciting and diverse projects
- Ensure that client management runs smoothly
- Manage teams and consultants professionally
- Ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Utiltise your experience to help run commercial/residential schemes
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 10 years post part 3 experience of delivering high-end houses
- Experience of luxury residential multi-unit schemes beneficial
- Experience of high-rise towers and international developments beneficial
- Knowledge and competent use of Vectorworks, SketchUp, Office and Adobe Suite are beneficial, but not essential
- Be adept at picking up new systems and ways of working quickly
