Our client is a design and build contractor specialising in fit-out schemes for the media and creative industries. They are currently looking for a Senior Design Lead with lots of commercial experience. Candidates must live in the Hatfield/Welwyn Garden City/St. Albans areas and have an exceptional design portfolio within their sector.
Ideally candidates will also have:
- strong Revit skills
- be supremely talented in the early stage concept and pitch work
- be strong client facing
For the right person, a very high package between £70,000 - £100,000+ is possible.
