Senior Residential Architect

Our client is a leading AJ100 studio with an office in south London who are seeking a senior architect to join its residential team.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• excellent design, presentation and communication skills

• be able to lead a project team

• have the knowledge and experience necessary to work on design-led projects particularly at the earlier stages although later stage experience is also desirable.

• over five years’ post-qualification experience in practice

• be proficient in Revit. Knowledge of Enscape is desirable

• highly creative and design-orientated

• experience of leading teams through detailed planning applications
