Our AJ100 client is working on the delivery of a high-end residential scheme in London and seeks a Senior Architect with superb technical detailing skills and relevant sector experience. Candidates will need to have at least 5 years post part 3 with strong experience delivering complex projects.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience post RIBA Part 3
- Be an excellent designer
- Good technical knowledge
- Confident communicator
- Residential experience in the UK
- Excellent computer skills
- Candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English
