Our client is a well-established 10-strong studio in Willesden that works on a mix of residential schemes from small-scale extensions to larger new build projects around £2.5million. They are now actively seeking a Technical Part 2 Assistant with around 3 years of experience to take projects through the technical stages to delivery.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- A strong ability to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Proficiency in creating detailed drawings for commercial and residential buildings.
- Some designing skills/flair which could help to develop the design concepts into delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Experienced using AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit.
The team is working from the office 5 days/week so you will need to be based near Willesden.
