Our client based in South West London is a medium-size practice that works across industrial, leisure, mixed-use and residential projects. They are now looking for a Technical Project Runner, ideally with good Revit experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the challenge and satisfaction of working on larger and more complex projects within a supportive team environment with potential role development to becoming a project runner. The successful applicant will have at least 3 years’ experience of UK construction projects and will be fully conversant with Revit. Salary will be commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Candidates need to live within a sensible commute to the office, which has parking and good transportation links.
Responsibilities:
-Preparation of post-planning stages construction stage models in Revit
-Preparation of tender stage drawings and documentation
-Preparation of construction details and schedules
-Coordination of third party models and information
Skills and Experience:
-CIAT qualified technologist or equivalent professional qualification
-Minimum 3+ years of relevant UK post-qualification experience
-Proficient Revit user
-Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
