Our client, based in north London, is an established, multidisciplinary architectural practice, currently seeking an Urban Designer to join their team.
Key requirements are:
- Residential masterplanning and layout design experience
- Experience of working through RIBA Stages 1-3
- Experience in preparing Design and Access Statements or other planning documents
- Strong graphic and visual communication skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp)
- Understanding of UK planning policy and regulations
- Knowledge of sustainable design and placemaking
- Experience of working with clients, contractors, and other consultants
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
