9B Careers is working with a design-focused architectural practice of around 20 people, known for delivering high-end residential projects.
They are looking for an Architectural Technician to join their team, providing strong technical and BIM support across a range of luxury residential projects.
The Role
- Develop BIM models and detailed drawings using Archicad
- Produce detailed construction information, specifications and schedules
- Prepare 2D construction details and technical packages
- Support projects across the RIBA stages
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and other project teams
- Research materials, products and construction solutions
- Attend project meetings and workshops
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing information
About You
- Architectural Technology qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong Archicad and BIM skills
- Good knowledge of UK construction and technical detailing
- Experience producing detailed construction information
- Ideally, experience working on high-end/luxury residential projects
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative and keen to develop your technical expertise
