9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London, looking for an Architect with 3+ years' post-qualification experience and a strong technical and delivery background.
The role would suit an Architect who has experience working on commercial and/or hospitality projects and is confident taking projects from developed design through to construction.
The Role
- Contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 3 and 4
- Produce and coordinate comprehensive architectural delivery packages
- Develop detailed construction drawings, tender documentation and specifications
- Build and manage complex Revit/BIM models
- Coordinate architectural information with structural and MEP consultants
- Resolve technical details and ensure effective multidisciplinary coordination
- Apply knowledge of building regulations, construction technology and material performance
- Site experience would be advantageous
About You
- 3+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial and/or hospitality experience
- Proven experience progressing projects from developed design through to construction
- Advanced Revit and BIM workflow skills
- Strong technical understanding of building regulations and construction technology
- Experienced in producing detailed technical and tender packages
- Confident coordinating with structural engineers and MEP consultants
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- London experience essential
£45,000–£48,000 depending on experience.
