9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London, looking for an experienced Technical Architect with a strong residential background.
The role will focus on taking projects through the technical stages, with the opportunity to contribute to design development during the earlier stages where appropriate.
The Role
- Develop residential projects through RIBA Stages 3 and 4 onwards
- Lead the technical development and delivery of projects
- Produce and coordinate detailed architectural information
- Work closely with consultants and project teams
- Develop technical solutions for complex residential projects
- Contribute to façade and interior design where relevant
- Support early-stage design development where required
- Coordinate design information to ensure a high-quality technical outcome
About You
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong experience working on residential projects
- Proven technical delivery experience from Stage 3/4 onwards
- Strong communicator and confident working within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience of façade and/or interior design would be advantageous
- Ideally able to contribute to early-stage design as well as technical delivery
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- London experience essential
£50,000–£55,000 depending on experience.
