Our client is an award-winning small and friendly practice with an office in Kent. They are currently looking for an Architectural Technologist or Technician to join the team. This position offers the potential to progress into a management role within the practice and is a great opportunity to progress your membership with CIAT under a dedicated supervisor.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and should have:
-strong AutoCAD with Revit being a bonus
-minimum three years of practice experience in the UK
-experience working on at least some residential, educational, sports and commercial projects
Your work will involve:
-preparation of building regulations applications
-assisting with preparation of construction detailing and specifications
-responding to technical queries from clients and contractors
