Architectural Technologist

Our client is a 10 strong studio in Bermuda that are actively seeking a talented, creative and enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technologist.

The role will require someone with the following skills and experience:

• have an Architectural Technologist Degree or Equivalent.
• must have recognized qualifications from an accredited institution.
• ability to produce detailed construction and tender drawings & designs in AutoCAD.
• ability to plan, coordinate and supervise construction design of projects.
• have strong experience organising, processing and applying for planning approval and building permits.
• have 5 years minimum experience within the architectural construction industries (commercial, high-end/custom residential, interior design, landscape architecture experience a plus).
