9B is working with an internationally recognised interior design studio to recruit a Senior Associate to join the launch of its London office.
This is a rare opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking, ultra-creative studio that is focused on redefining the future of luxury hospitality and residential design. The studio is not looking to follow established trends, but to create new standards in high-end design through originality, refinement, and exceptional creativity.
The Role
As an Associate, you will play a key role in leading projects and design teams, working closely with the Design Director as a trusted deputy within the London studio.
You will:
- Lead the creative direction of luxury hospitality and residential projects
- Manage and inspire project teams
- Support the Design Director with studio leadership and operations
- Help shape the culture and creative direction of the London office
- Present concepts and design strategies to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain exceptional standards of design quality and delivery
About You
- Experience within one or more of London’s leading high-end hospitality or luxury residential interior design studios
- Exceptional creativity and a strong design point of view
- Proven experience leading projects and teams
- Strong understanding of the technical processes required to deliver ambitious luxury interiors
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Some studio management or administrative experience beneficial, although support and development will be provided
