The Opportunity
You will be supporting the delivery of multiple RIBA Stage 1+ feasibility studies for care home developments across Wales. This is a fast-paced assignment requiring immediate impact, technical confidence, and strong design capability.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Stage 1+ feasibility experience
Experience in the care / later living sector is highly desirable. However, candidates from other transferable sectors will absolutely be considered.
✔ 100% Revit capability
Revit must be your current, go-to software. There is no scope for training on this project — you’ll need to hit the ground running from day one.
✔ Hybrid flexibility
Initial briefing meetings will require visits to Bristol, but remote working is possible (subject to IT set-up).
✔ UK-based with UK experience
Applicants must be based in the UK and have solid UK project experience.
✔ Contract with strong long-term prospects
The contract runs through to the end of April, with a genuine intention to transition into a permanent position thereafter.
