Design Manager – High-Rise Mixed-Use (Concept Stage)

9B is seeking a Design Manager to structure and drive the design process on a major high-rise mixed-use project at concept stage.

The Role

• Manage programme, workflow, and deliverables
• Coordinate outputs across design and technical teams
• Ensure alignment between leadership direction and team production
• Maintain clarity and pace within a fast-moving environment

About You

• 12+ years’ experience
• Strong background in complex project coordination
• Experience in early-stage design environments
• Highly organised and delivery-focused

Additional Information

• Initial 4-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role
• Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week in Central London)
