Interior Designer

Our client is a particularly high-end residential developer in Kingston Upon Thames who are actively seeking an Interior Designer to join their team. The role will involve assisting the Interiors Team (primarily Technical) in producing interiors schemes across a variety of different projects: from speculatively built projects to bespoke client builds.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• Relevant qualification in design, preferably BA(Hons) Interior Design
• Ability to use AutoCAD competently.
• Other necessary computer skills: PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, as well as the expected Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 3D CAD skills, such as Sketchup, beneficial.
• General presentation / sales skills – ability to produce presentations visually, present costs.
• Must be highly organised, motivated and enthusiastic.
• Exceptional communication skills; via email, telephone and face-to-face.
• Ability to work alone and within a team.
