9B Careers is working with an award-winning international architecture and interior design practice to recruit a talented Midweight Interior Designer for its highly respected hospitality design team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led studio renowned for creating exceptional hotels, restaurants, private members' clubs, luxury residential developments and unique leisure destinations across the UK and internationally. Every project is approached with originality, combining strong conceptual thinking with meticulous attention to detail to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The Role

You will become an integral member of a creative interior design team, working across all stages of the design process on high-profile hospitality and lifestyle projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing innovative interior design concepts from initial brief through to completion.
  • Producing presentation material, mood boards and client presentations.
  • Preparing detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD (Revit experience advantageous).
  • Selecting FF&E, materials and finishes.
  • Coordinating with architects, consultants and suppliers.
  • Supporting senior designers while mentoring more junior team members where appropriate.
  • Attending client meetings, design workshops and site visits.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with excellent technical ability.

Ideally you'll have:

  • 3-6 years' professional interior design experience.
  • Strong hospitality, luxury residential, F&B or lifestyle project experience.
  • Excellent concept design and space planning skills.
  • Strong technical detailing abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp (Revit beneficial).
  • A keen eye for materials, colour and furniture specification.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to manage your workload across multiple live projects.
