Our central London client is a small, design-orientated and award-winning studio with a range of work, including new build projects and renovations, extensions and additions to buildings in sensitive contexts, and from small-scale domestic to larger-scale residential and commercial work. They support autonomy in a collaborative studio environment and the person that joins them will be outward-facing, liaising with clients and consultants.
Our client is currently looking for a Part 2 Assistant with a great academic background and some experience working in a UK-based practice noted for their high-quality design work.
Candidates will ideally have:

Have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating flair in 3D visualisation, presentational clarity and rigour and intelligibility in their drawn and written work

Be proficient in Sketchup and V-ray and have a real talent for post-production editing

Have total proficiency in a 2D CAD software – preferably Microstation, but it is not essential

Have the organisation and efficiency to work on a variety of projects in parallel

Some experience of technical work beyond RIBA Stage 3 is preferred but not essential

Have a working understanding of the UK planning system and project experience between RIBA Stages 0 and 3
