Our client is a Design and Build firm in Surrey specialising in smaller-scale residential and commercial projects. They have been very busy and are looking to grow the team. They are currently looking for Part 2 Assistants with good experience in the residential sector. Candidates will ideally have completed both their Part 1 and Part 2 in the UK, use AutoCAD and preferably be available at short notice. A sensible commute to the Sutton area is also important. For now, this company will not be able to offer suitable experience/support towards Part 3.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following experience:

-Ability to convey ideas to clients, and communicating effectively with clients

-Measuring and drawing existing surveys

-Planning knowledge in small scale residential

-Planning submissions and related admin

-Working with structural engineers and structural drawings

-Understanding of Building Regulation
