9B Careers is working with an award-winning, Chelsea-based architectural studio of 6 that specialises exclusively in high-end private residential projects. They are looking for a considered, highly organised Project Administrator / Office Manager with a couple of years of experience working in an architectural practice to support their team and the Managing Director in the daily running of the practice.

You will bring clarity and care to project administration, office operations and team coordination, with the discretion and attention to detail our work demands. They integrate AI approach in the majority of their work which will assist the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage project document control, including drawing uploads and data issue sheets.

- Type, proofread and format project correspondence.

- Take accurate meeting minutes and record actions.

- Arrange travel and coordinate meetings for the team.

- Prepare project documentation and templates; undertake context research, typing, proofreading, formatting, information collation, printing and binding.

- Assist the Managing Director with the daily management of diary.

- Support team time management, coordinate office administration and assist with presentations.

- Manage social media accounts and prepare weekly posts.

- Support HR administration and new-hire onboarding, liaising with IT support on equipment and account setup.

- Organise team social events.
 

WHAT WE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience in project administration or office management, ideally within architecture or design.

- Excellent organisation, sound judgement and a calm approach to competing priorities.

- Precise written communication, confident proofreading and careful document presentation.

- Confidence with office software, document systems and social media.

- A proactive, collaborative manner and discretion with confidential information.

- Right to work in the UK.

Salary c. £30,000
