9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London, looking for a Part III Project Architect with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience and proven project-running experience.

The role will suit an Architect with experience across hospitality and interior design fit-out, who is confident working directly with clients and leading project teams.

The Role

  • Run projects across RIBA Stages 1–6
  • Lead the design and delivery of hospitality and interior fit-out projects
  • Manage and coordinate project teams and external consultants
  • Act as a key client contact throughout the project
  • Lead client and project team meetings
  • Coordinate design information and project delivery
  • Contribute to planning and design development
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams through to construction

About You

  • 3–5 years' post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Runner
  • Hospitality and/or interior design fit-out experience
  • Experience across RIBA Stages 1–6, including planning
  • Strong experience across Stages 3–5 particularly important
  • Confident client-facing communicator
  • Able to lead client and project team meetings
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Good technical and design understanding
  • London experience essential

£45,000–£55,000 depending on experience.
