9B is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and help maintain efficient workflows across the team.

The Role
- Transcribe live and recorded calls, capturing key discussion points and actions
- Prepare call lists, meeting agendas, and supporting materials
- Coordinate schedules with clients and internal team members
- Manage databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle email correspondence and calendar management
- Prepare and submit reports within agreed deadlines
- Maintain and organise virtual filing systems
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the business
About You
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Able to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Positive attitude with a collaborative approach
- Experience managing databases and email communication
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace and Zoom
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
