Our client is an award-winning small and friendly practice with an office in Kent. They are currently looking for an Architect to join the team. They work on a range of sectors from residential, educational, sports and commercial projects but for this particular role are looking for someone from a Residential background.
Projects will range in size from one off houses to larger residential master planning and may include mixed use schemes where commercial elements are also delivered, work within conservation areas and listed buildings. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team and be able to lead projects including the management of Clients, Consultant and a small team of assistants within the office.
You should be a confident AutoCAD user and Revit would be a bonus.
