As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the design direction of major global projects, leading concept design packages and contributing innovative ideas within a collaborative studio environment.

You will also support the leadership of small teams, ensuring high-quality design output and effective project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

  • Lead the development of concept design proposals for large-scale mixed-use projects
  • Produce innovative, high-quality design work that responds to complex briefs
  • Communicate design ideas clearly through presentations, visuals, and client engagement

Project Coordination

  • Manage early-stage project workflows from brief through to concept delivery
  • Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external consultants
  • Ensure quality control across all design outputs

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor small project teams
  • Foster a collaborative and design-led studio culture
  • Support the development of junior team members

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to and lead client presentations and design discussions
  • Represent the studio confidently in meetings and design reviews

Commercial Awareness

  • Contribute to project budgeting and programme management
  • Support fee proposals and understand the commercial drivers behind projects

About You

  • Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA or international equivalent preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, concept-led design work
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, international projects at early stages
  • Experience working within the mixed-use sector
  • Ability to lead small teams and manage design packages
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and other design tools
