9B Careers is working with an established architectural practice in Cambridge, looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join as a Project Lead / Job Runner.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and delivery of projects, working closely with design teams, clients and consultants. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors and project stages, contributing to both design and technical delivery.
The Role
- Lead projects from day-to-day, coordinating teams and consultants
- Take responsibility for project delivery across relevant RIBA stages
- Contribute to both design development and technical delivery
- Manage consultant and project team coordination
- Work directly with clients and project stakeholders
- Support and mentor less experienced team members
- Work across a variety of sectors and project types
About You
- Qualified Architect with significant UK project-running experience
- Proven experience leading projects and coordinating consultants
- Strong design and technical capabilities
- Excellent Revit skills
- Experience with SketchUp, NBS Chorus or Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
