Our client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice in South West London that has also won several awards for being a great employer. They are looking for experienced Senior Architects with substantial planning experience on large residentially led projects to join their team.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills and expertise:
- ARB and RIBA registered architect
- Experience across all RIBA Stages with particular expertise in stages 1-3 on large residentially led projects in the UK
- Experience in the day-to-day running of multiple large residentially led projects and overseeing the delivery of project work across the wider project team
- Experience in a client-facing lead role
- Ability to work autonomously with initiative and self-motivation is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good team player, communicator and role model
- Advanced knowledge of Revit is essential
