Senior Architect – High-Rise Mixed-Use (Concept Stage)

9B is seeking a Senior Architect to lead key design packages on a large-scale mixed-use tower project in Miami.

The Role

• Develop plans, sections, and spatial strategies
• Support programme distribution and design logic
• Translate concept into clear architectural outputs
• Coordinate across internal design workstreams

About You

• 10+ years’ experience
• Experience in large-scale or high-density projects
• Strong spatial and technical understanding
• Able to lead defined packages independently

Additional Information

• Initial 4-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role
• Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week in Central London)
