9B Careers is working with an established architectural practice in the Wimbledon area to recruit an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant with a strong background in private residential projects.
The practice works on a range of high-quality residential projects across South West London, including new-build homes, refurbishments and extensions.
The Role
You will work closely with the team across design, planning and technical stages, including:
- Developing bespoke residential projects from concept through to delivery.
- Producing design, planning and technical drawings using Vectorworks.
- Working with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Assisting with project coordination and technical detailing.
- Supporting projects through construction where required.
About You
- Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant.
- Strong private residential experience.
- Excellent Vectorworks skills – essential.
- Good knowledge of UK planning, technical design and construction.
- Strong design and technical ability with good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
The practice works full-time from its Wimbledon-area office, so you'll need to live within a reasonable commuting distance.
