Our client is an award-winning residential practice in Surrey who are currently seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist.
The role will involve working closely with the Director and running projects from inception through to completion. You will also be required to manage a small team of Architectural Technicians.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Ability to produce high-quality drawing packages for all stages.
- Team leadership experience.
- Strong client facing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of technical construction and detailing.
- Ideally have a strong understanding of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Have a minimum of 5 years in the residential sector.
