We are working exclusively with a London-based asset and development management firm that partners with private overseas capital to unlock value from existing commercial real estate.
The business specialises in the transformation of existing office and commercial assets — delivering refurbishment, repositioning and decarbonisation strategies that enhance performance, sustainability and long-term returns. Their approach combines agile project delivery with commercial rigour, resulting in positive social impact alongside strong investor outcomes.
The Opportunity
This is a senior appointment within a lean, highly capable team. The successful candidate will take ownership of live commercial projects across London, acting as a hands-on development manager from strategy through to delivery.
Current and recent projects include landmark City of London and West End assets, with active schemes on site and further instructions anticipated from global institutional and private investors.
You will work closely with the partners and have real autonomy, responsibility and influence — this is not a heavily layered corporate environment.
