This large national AJ100 practice is actively looking for a Senior Project Architect to join their London studio. The role will involve working on various residential and housing schemes and operating at the forefront of multi-disciplinary 3D integrated design. They have invested heavily in the best hardware and software available and seek a senior Architect with strong Revit experience.
The successful candidate will also need the following skills and experience:
- ARB registered Architect with min. 5 years’ experience
- Proficient use of REVIT Architecture
- Strong experience of design at all project stages
- Residential/housing sector background
- Good knowledge of House Design Guides (LHDG preferable) and all other residential standards
- Experience of planning application & building control submissions
- Understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements
- Knowledge of building contracts
- Excellent communication skills
