Technical Director – High-Rise (Concept Stage)

9B is looking for a Technical Director to support concept design by ensuring proposals are buildable, compliant, and strategically sound.

The Role

• Advise on core design, structure, and building systems
• Support massing validation and technical feasibility
• Guide compliance with planning and code requirements
• Provide technical input without over-specifying

About You

• 12+ years’ experience
• Strong background in high-rise and complex projects
• Deep understanding of structural systems and building design
• Comfortable operating at concept stage (non-production)

Additional Information

• Initial 4-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role
• Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week in Central London)
