A small, award-winning and friendly practice based in Essex, is looking for an ambitious Part 2 Assistant or recently qualified Architect to join their team. There may also be an opportunity for a Junior Technologist. Candidates must have previous experience in smaller-scale high-end residential and will have a passion for this sector. With a strong focus on sustainability, you will have the opportunity to work on carbon zero projects at both design stage and implementation on site.
The right candidate must be able to:
- produce accurate and detailed technical drawings to current Building Regulations standards and to a high spec generally, on time and with a set budget
- evaluate and advise on environmental, legal and regulatory issues if impactful to practice designs
- work fairly independently
- use AutoCAD
