Our client is a firm I have worked with for a number of years and who are now looking for someone to take a senior role within the business. This is a particularly important strategic position for the studio and demands a strong allrounder who is incredibly ambitious to make their mark. They are currently around 25 strong and predominantly working on mid range residential schemes around London. The new role will involve leading a team of around 8 people and generating a vibrant atmosphere within the office. As well as being strong at pitching to clients, candidates will need to demonstrate experience in delivering high quality projects on time and budget. Although experience on large residential would be a bonus, the main characteristics the directors are looking for are an ability to lead and mentor more junior members of staff.
The office uses Vectorworks but training will be provided for suitable candidates and there is a good overall benefits package on offer. For the right person, there is also the opportunity for equity in the practice.
