9B is working with a leading AJ100 architecture and heritage consultancy to appoint a Conservation Architect to join their Oxford studio.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of heritage and conservation projects, from sensitive restorations to complex historic buildings, within a collaborative and design-focused environment.

The Role

  • Deliver conservation and heritage projects, particularly at RIBA Stages 4–5
  • Undertake condition surveys and specify repair works
  • Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailing
  • Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to both design and technical delivery

About You

  • Qualified Architect (Part 3) with UK experience
  • Strong background in building conservation
  • Experience with technical delivery and project running
  • Understanding of UK planning and building regulations
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and NBS (Revit desirable)
  • Accreditation (AABC / RIBA CA / SCA) desirable or willingness to work towards
