9B is working with a leading AJ100 architecture and heritage consultancy to appoint a Conservation Architect to join their Oxford studio.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of heritage and conservation projects, from sensitive restorations to complex historic buildings, within a collaborative and design-focused environment.
The Role
- Deliver conservation and heritage projects, particularly at RIBA Stages 4–5
- Undertake condition surveys and specify repair works
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailing
- Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to both design and technical delivery
About You
- Qualified Architect (Part 3) with UK experience
- Strong background in building conservation
- Experience with technical delivery and project running
- Understanding of UK planning and building regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD and NBS (Revit desirable)
- Accreditation (AABC / RIBA CA / SCA) desirable or willingness to work towards
