9B is working with a leading AJ100 architecture and heritage consultancy to appoint a Senior Architect to join their Oxford studio.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile heritage project, contributing to both the design and delivery of complex schemes within a collaborative, design-led environment.

The Role

  • Support the design and delivery of heritage and listed building projects
  • Take responsibility for work packages, particularly at RIBA Stages 4–5
  • Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
  • Coordinate with consultants and wider project teams
  • Contribute to site delivery and contract administration
  • Mentor and support more junior team members

About You

  • Qualified Architect (Part 3) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Strong experience as a Project Architect within a UK practice
  • Proven experience working on existing / historic buildings
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in Stage 4 delivery and detailing
  • Experience working on large-scale projects
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS
  • Good understanding of UK Building and Planning regulations
  • Experience coordinating teams and managing project information
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
