Our client is a design orientated studio in North London who are currently seeking a recent Part 3 to join their small but expanding team. They specialise in contemporary high-quality commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes within the City.
Candidates will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- good knowledge of UK building/planning regulations
- accomplished design skills and construction detailing knowledge
- excellent report writing and presentation skills, including InDesign and Photoshop knowledge
- NBS specification experience
- job running and site experience in the UK
