Our client is a small practice based in North London, specialised in high-quality design on residential and commercial projects. They are now looking for a Senior Architect with 5-10 years of UK-based experience. The ideal candidate needs to have relevant sector experience and be able to run residential projects independently through all work-stages, be experienced with construction drawing packages, and use AutoCAD and SketchUp. Revit skills advantageous.
Additionally, candidates should have great communication skills and strong written and spoken English, be confident dealing with private clients and have an entrepreneurial spirit and business development skills to help take the company to the next level.
