Senior Architect

Our client is a leading AJ100 practice working on an array of complex multi-disciplinary projects. They are now seeking a senior Architect with strong Lab experience for their Birmingham studio.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• Ability to develop appropriate design solutions in close consultation with the Head of Department.
• Responsible for the coordination of concept and detail design information within the constraints quality, time and costs.
• Knowledge to ensure designs are compliant with the customer brief (conformance with restrictive covenants relating to site, where applicable), building regulations, planning constraints regulations and NHS design guidance.
• To co-ordinate and co-operate with other Teams to improve the overall efficiency of the company.
• Have a minimum of 7 years post part 3
• Possess strong and proven expertise gained as an Architect across a variety of projects.
• Have an in-depth knowledge base and experience across all RIBA work stages.
• Have a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD.
• A working knowledge of Revit would be beneficial but is not essential.
