Great to be working with this client again who I first dealt with around 20 years ago and a number of our initial placements are still there! They are now around 50 strong are working with many of the large residential developers on substantial housing projects. Due to continued growth, they are actively seeking an experienced all round architect with ambition to take a senior role within the business.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- at least 7 years post part 3
- have excellent technical skills
- strong team leaderships skills
- capable of running meetings and dealing with clients
- Vectorworks would be a bonus but crosstraining for the right person will be provided.
- have experience delivering large residential projects
