Our client is a medium-sized architectural studio in Oxford and with another office in London, that specialise in luxury residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Due to a strong pipeline of new work they are actively seeking a Technical Architect with 2-6 years post Part 3 to join their team. This candidate should have good experience with either AutoCAD or Revit, and strong Revit would be a bonus.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Good UK technical experience.
- Ideally private residential experience.
- Experience to producing tender and construction drawing packages and have an understanding of traditional construction methods and materials.
- Have a sound understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously.
