Before the referendum, the architectural jobs market was particularly busy and salaries appeared to be rising at their fastest pace for a number of years. Following the result, however, the jobs market has seen a dramatic split. As a number of practices continue to rapidly expand, at the same time a growing percentage are seeing projects put on hold and recruitment cut.
