9B Careers is working with an established architectural practice in Bermuda looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join their team in 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to relocate to Bermuda and work on a varied portfolio of predominantly high-end private residential and multi-unit residential projects.
The Role
- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction information
- Work across private residential and multi-unit residential schemes
- Develop projects through the technical and construction stages
- Coordinate architectural information with consultants and contractors
- Assist with detailing, specifications and construction packages
- Work closely with architects and the wider project team
- Support projects through to site and completion
About You
- Around 3–7 years' professional experience
- Architectural Technology qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- ArchiCAD experience would be highly advantageous
- Good technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Residential project experience preferred
- Confident producing detailed construction information
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
- Interested in relocating to Bermuda
