9B Careers is working with an established architectural practice in South East London, looking for an experienced BIM Technician or Technical Architect to support its team on an initial three-month contract.
The role will focus predominantly on RIBA Stage 4 technical detailing and production information for residential projects.
The Role

Produce detailed Stage 4 construction information using Revit

Develop technical drawing packages for residential schemes

Coordinate technical information with consultants and project teams

Ensure drawings comply with UK building regulations and technical requirements

Potential involvement in project coordination and BSR Gateway 2 submissions for candidates with relevant experience
About You

Experienced BIM Technician, Technical Architect or Project Architect

Strong Revit skills essential, with occasional AutoCAD use

Proven experience producing RIBA Stage 4 technical packages for UK residential projects

Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing

BSR Gateway 2 experience would be highly advantageous for candidates with project-running experience

Able to work independently and hit the ground running

Available for an immediate start
Hybrid working: Typically 2–3 days per week in the SE17 office, with the remainder remote. Fully remote working may be considered exceptionally for candidates with outstanding skills and an excellent track record.
